However I will proceed... Last year was to strange for me. Since I live in North Carolina, the Senatorial election there racked up the biggest bill in the country. I normally hated both candidates and found it a big waste of money. However I found a beam of hope! That's right, there was another without the bells and whistles to go with him. If I could vote, my vote would be for him!
Name: Sean Haugh
Occupation: Pizza delivery man
Political Party: Libretarian
Political Slogan: "Get Haugh, Get High"
Political Philosophy: Legalizing Marijuana, "More weed, less war"
A few pictures (the decisive factor ):
In the end, he got four FREAKING percent of the vote, and Republican Thom Tillis (stupidly pronounced Tom for god sakes) became senator. My math teacher vowed to personally beat "Bastard Thom Tillis"
although he did not trust the pizzaman.
So yea, that's my life...this post is more unbelievable now that I typed it...
I believe it, although politics is a messed up game I have my own personal negative take on the whole idea of people being too dumb to think for themselves.
I suppose a free society of dumb people running rampant would cause a few problems though, if we could sum how give people freedom with the least amount of rules possible we would have peace I believe. ones that come to mind are: no killing other living things including humans (unless there is ABSOLUTLEY no other option ie serial killers/self defence, rabid animals/ needing to kill animals to eat), no appointing leaders of any kind, don't take or destroy more than you need from the earth, and finally use common sense. I suppose dreaming of a day when people act as intelligent as they are supposed to be will only ever be a dream, I don't want to give up hope but hope is just a four letter word without any actions behind it. the chances of us beating the system and becoming independent individuals is slim, and the possibility of everyone agreeing with something along those lines is even slimmer. Am I really the only one who views the current workings of the world this way? is this even a logical thought to process? what do people as a collective really want?
do they really want to be lead by a group of people who could care less? these are all serious questions by the way feel free to calm my waving sanity if you have the answers.
